I'm a tech noobie, so please bear with me. Recently, my AVG anti-virus detected Trojan Horse Generic19.CNHY in my computer. The Resident Shield alert keeps popping up, and I'm unable to heal the infections and remove the viruses. I ran scans and AVG detected the Trojan Horse Generic19.CNHY and several tracking cookies. I have been using Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, and sometimes, a new tab appears linking me to a site which I close before it loads ( Afraid that it leads to more viruses
