Adobe strongly recommends that users upgrade before the cut-off date, as security issues discovered after that time will not be patched. The online product help pages are also removed when support ends, though some FAQs and KB notices remain - which explains why there's no online help for Acrobat 7 any more, though we still try and assist with questions via the Acrobat User Community Forums .
