I was at the start impressed with the Oxford Spanish lexicon and it’s TSR-based “i-fiddle with” software, it has a beefy lexicon and lot’s of regional variations of the use of Spanish. The huge pity was that it bombed on me with a year of use, I bought the 2002 Oxford Spanish CD a small time ago, and report has it that it has some kind of involuntary time-bomb built into its code, it will no longer bed in with a pre-single-minded quantity of time has expired on the pad, i.e., the registration code will not work any longer and it won’t bed in. I used it on WindowsXP and establish this out. It’s their ploy to get you to “upgrade” to the new translation.
I have an ancient but exceptional Spanish-English lexicon at home, in book form, and here is no wits why a CD can’t wait the same with life of use. Observably the greed thing has deterred the authors of this software from construction this work for the rest of us. Buy it for low-cost, but be forewarned!
