Mobile Me is a cloud based service for your MAC or PC that allows you to sync your email, calendars, address book, images and video all in one neat little package.
Mobile Me is also a place where you can upload files and share them with ease and as someone who has an iPhone, Mac Book Pro and an iMac it makes communicating with each device a breeze…
But here is the rub… (Or it was until Vladimir Vinogradsky wrote a genius little plugin for Lightroom!) If I wanted to upload images to my Mobile Me gallery then I either had to have the images in iPhoto or login to Mobile Me via my browser and upload them manually and it was the latter option I did whenever I wanted to share images with Family, Friends and Clients on Mobile Me.
It was during an online training session with a 1-1 client that I had to try and solve the issue of getting images easily from Lightroom up to Mobile Me and it was actually thanks to the clients need for this facility that I did some Googling on the issue and that is when I came across Alloy Photo and Mobile Me plugin for Lightroom .
