I have both 32bit and 64bit CS4 installed as some plug-ins don't work under 64bit CS4 (bloody Nik software), annoyingly. I'll usually just use the 64bit install and switch to CS4 32bit should I really need one of the other plug-ins. My noise reduction app (NoiseNinja) which is my most used plug-in, has an x64 version, so that's cool.
