I am looking to streamline our membership database for our fishclub. I just need a basis to get started really. I need the basic contact information, and there will be single and family memberships, which I would think I can for families do each person seperate if I have to and link them and note family somehow so we know how much to charge them when renewals come. I also need a good way to track when there membership began and expires. We host several events througout the year and need a good way to know who is actually a member or not. We also have a web forum which I will grant paid members special access to certain parts of the forum so I need to know who is on there. So their contact information will also include their username online, possibly to be emailed out in a form to be filled in and returned since they may not have one when they sign up for a membership at an event.
