I have downloaded a trial version of Microsoft Office Small Business 2007. Recently I have purchased a license media less Microsoft Office Small Business 2007. When I tried to convert to the full product this message appears "The Key is incorrect, Need to Retype the Key". I have tried several times but same results. I bought the license from a Microsoft Certified Distributor. What will I do?
Obviously you have double checked that you are entering the correct key because sometimes it is hard to distinguish between 0 and O and also 8 and 5.
If you are doubly sure you are inserting the correct number then you go straight back to the retailer from whom you purchased the licence. They should be able to advise. Presumably, though it would seem so from your question, that the licence you purchased is for exactly the same product as you downloaded because normally the free trial is not small business, but just Professional version so this possibly is where a conflict arises.
