If you want to do any photo editing, get a photo shop program. the older, the less features you have to work with. also when you downgrade versions… same thing happens. you can barely do anything in any paint programs… and those people who make detailed pictures with it… they use tools and plug-ins they either find or create, as you can make almost any type of driver/plug-in for windows if you know how. if i were you, i would spend some decen amount of money on photo shop, or get it off a file sharing program, as its free in a sense. just dont use limewire as it will kill your computer. i reccomend ares for now, as i dont know of it being a hotspot for hackers at this current time. i use it to get full programs and/or pc games… and it works for me. just get a version of photo shop and use it. you will like it better than paint… trust me
