Update: I googled some more and found a link that said to go to Add\Remove Programs and remove SBS 2003 R2. It said to select maintenance mode and reinstall the monitoring part. Well I never received any prompts and R2 was completely removed. Come to find out this fixed my problem of not being able to view the Server Performance Report. It did however blow away my WSUS related GPOs. No problem I just recreated them. My question now is what else did I loose...
