Hi everyone! About 2 days ago, I was using the Vista Home.. My friend brought some file to me, he use his USB drive. And my computer was infected by some kind of Virus. At that point I was using the AVG free. I am little bit concern, then I try to use the Kaspersky software. By the time I install on my laptop. It happened with “Windows Explorer has stopped working” again and again… it was so desperate because I couldn’t do anything even task manager.. (in the safe mode, Windows Explorer was okay)Well, first I doubt that was the virus, then, maybe some of the software is against explorer.exe? So, I upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate hope to solve the problem… Unfortunately, it happened again
This time was much more better, but it is still annoying.. One thing I notice that every time I press any key from key board in My computer page, Windows Explorer will die.Also, when I try to change the theme, it will die…(I was trying to press” shift” to open a new explorer process in case one of explorer will stop working)I already get rid of firefox, but windows explorer still crash in short period..Thank u so much for your time and I am appreciate for any solution.. Please made solution easy to understand because I am not native speaker.Thanks again! …………………………………………………
