Ive got a hp pavilion dv6 with windows 7 x64 home premium when i tried installing a new windows 7 ultimate installation on the c drive the charger got disconnected and now the laptop just restarts itself whenever the message "Starting System Services" Is displayed this keeps happening even after i select "Disable automatic restart on system failure" in Advanced Boot Options.
