To all: I am wondering about systems which have been recently patched with Microsoft security updates. I find that sometimes when certain security patches are applied, it leaves the windows installer in either an unavailable state or in a place where Windows itself must be restarted before anything can be installed. Are there any special checks that can be made to determine this? If not, then maybe I can make something to check the state of the Windows installer. Thanks for listening! Sincerely, Mark
