The programs are all installed and can be launched from the start menu and through shortcuts, however when we need to open a file with one of the office programs (i.e. excel or powerpoint) it does not work and the program is unselectable in the default programs window. However it is definitely installed as you can open the program then open the file inside and it works fine.
