Hi Tom - Looking back on my old posts, I see we talked about this same thing in September. I told you that on August 21, 2008 the sp3 download failed and on August 26, 2008, I evidently cancelled it. It is still in my windows updates saying it has been downloaded and just needs to be installed. I did a search for 936929 but it did not find it.
