When using Windows XP, you can experience a lot of issues with printing. These issues, for the most part, can be cleared up quite quickly and easily, though. Windows even has a program called Printing Troubleshooter that will try to diagnose your issue and solve it on the spot!
There are a few Windows XP issues that are much more common than others. If you are having trouble installing your printer, are receiving an error message or have lost the CD with the driver that came with your printer upon purchase, you should start by simply downloading and reinstalling the latest printer driver. This can be found on your manufacturer’s website, along with toner, such as HP C9720A toner .
If you are having problems canceling a print job or deleting it from print queue, there is an easy way to do this. First, try to cancel the print job by using the Cancel button. If that doesn’t work, try turning the printer off and then back on. This may cancel your print job. Another way, is by going to your computer’s Control Panel and choosing the Printers option and then clicking Cancel All Documents. This will prevent wasting too much toner or ink, like HP 920 Black ink .
