The only way it could even be remotely possible is to set up a dual boot OS, which allows you to have both OSX and Windows XP on the same machine. I don’t know much about virtualization setups, but that may be a possibility as well. The questions that begs to be answered here is why you acquired Word 08 for a Mac instead of purchasing the proper version for a PC. If you did indeed purchase it rather than “borrow” it, I would go swap them out ASAP. Setting up a system involving two operating systems will be a lot more headache than it’s worth for only one application.
