PLUGINS
I used these plugins: Xenofex 1, VM Extravangaza, and Penta.
Ok let's get started. Save often.
Open a new image 700 x 700 and flood fill with white. Go to Image>New Raster Layer. Choose a paper of choice from the kit. I chose paper #4. Paste onto your working copy. Apply the mask then hit delete. Make sure the top layer of your work is highlighted.
