Q: I just built a 64-bit Intel (BIG mistake!) And the video drivers do not work for a x16 PCI card, no virus protection at all from Symantec. Please people, this is a must have. I must viruis protection in this system if I throw this POS in the trash heap . It has onboard video on the mobo so if I could not get drivers from ASUS (AX550 gamer) to correct this will suck video reaction. : D I used to defend Norton products, but that was until it decided it didn't want to leave my system. I started getting an error whenever I opened an Office application… something about MSIs not supporting the repair feature. Google searches revealed this to be related to something screwed up with Norton.
So I try to uninstall System Works, starts uninstalling and then Anti-Virus refuses to uninstall, and it craps out. I decide to try to repair System Works, but it gives me an error. I try reinstalling System Works, but it says it's already installed and won't let me. So I delete the Norton System Works folder, reboot, and run a registry cleaner. I still get the error in Office! So I try to reinstall System Works again, and it still says it is installed!
